High button 18th century style moleskin waistcoat in soft navy wool

These are one-offs, made from a short length of fantastic quality wool suiting – we believe it to be a wool-cashmere mixture – the softest fabric we’ve ever worked with. They are one-offs, and not an ongoing line.

Navy blue waistcoat with cloth back and stand collar, like traditional 18th/19th century/Regency waistcoat. Single breasted style with straight hem, 10 handstitched front brass shank buttons with 2 buttoned flap pockets,, There is a laced adjustor at back waist to provide a good fit. Fronts slightly longer than back

Lined in soft a jacquard weave cotton in blue and black. So all natural fabric, very comfortableto wear. These are the measurments of each garment when laid flat –

S – 37″ chest –  Cross chest 20″, cross waist 18″,Back length 22″ front length from side neck 23.5″

M – 40″ chest – Cross chest 21.5″, cross waist 19.5″,Back length 23″ front length from side neck 25″

L – 43″ chest –  Cross chest 23″, cross waist 21.5″,Back length 23.5″ front length from side neck 25″

Care of waistcoats
If you drop things down your front we advise the use of a damp sponge or a flannel to clean off small marks. Can be dry cleaned.
