October News Update
Since the summer ended we’ve been fulfilling the orders we received from our busy calendar of events. We enjoyed our trip to Goodwood Revival where we had a shop in the heart of the vintage shopping arcade. We also returned to regular events, The Asylum Steampunk Festival in Lincoln and Cambridge Living History Fair.
Now orders from these events have been completed we are back in the workshop making stock – you will see we’ve updated our online shop with some new garments.
Since the popularity of our black double breasted waistcoat, we are pleased to offer a similar 18th century style waistcoat in olive green. This is a striking colour with embossed brass buttons and a lace-up adjustable back for the perfect fit. The neck can be buttoned right up or worn open with a neck scarf for a regency look.
We also have a new lovat green moleskin waistcoat based on a different 18th century design. This waistcoat has small metal buttons typical to the era and is lined in a beautiful William Morris print cotton.
Both new waistcoats are available in all sizes from XS to XXL. We are making stock now so orders may take up to a week to complete.
Regency style shirts and neck ties to wear with your waistcoat are also available to buy.
Our big upcoming event and the last of 2019 is TORM. We look forward to this event as it’s the most popular re-enactment event around.
Planning is underway for next year’s calendar and we will update the website with events in due course.
