New Garment: 18th Century Waistcoat

Take a look at our new garment design, an 18th century waistcoat. One which you can now purchase in our shop.

It’s in a traditional 18th century style, designed to be worn over a shirt. The design details include ten front buttons, two flap pockets and a stand collar.

It’s made in a heavyweight black moleskin, a fabric used to make working men’s clothes in the 19th century, so it’s great for keeping your body warm.

We’ve used a red Liberty print cotton for the waistcoat’s lining for a striking contrast, which you can also see in the flap pockets.

Right now you can buy this sample at a discounted price from Etsy, while stocks last.
